The Congress Organizers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in the program.

- Cancellations received before 23rd June will have full refund.
- Cancellations received prior 31th July (31th included) will have the 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received from 1st August (1st included) won’t have any refund of the registration fee.
